that would be the upcoming 'Baby' Range Rover. they've been actively advertising the cars in the dazzle get up, different colours and patterns in different cities!

I'm about 90% certain it's a MINI Countryman. BMW's North American HQ is in New Jersey, and they often use that yellow and black swirly camouflage on their cars. For example, this is the WRC version under testing: http://www.motoringfile.com/2010/09/24/prodrive-to-test-wrc-countryman-throughout-the-year/
You can see that the Countryman shares the shape of the rear window and spoiler with the one in your spy shot:

Remember when MINIs were actually mini? ;-)

Taillights look a bit Range-Rover-esque, but it'd be a lot easier to tell with a shot from the front or a full side shot.

i stand corrected, same pattern different colours but definately the Land Rover LRX

Bah, looks like Martin's right: http://www.themotorreport.com.au/40832/range-rover-lrx-could-get-2010-launch-report
I didn't realize the Jag/Land Rover HQ was in Jersey, too.

Martin is close, but slightly off. (He still gets the win.) It's a 2012 Range Rover Evoque: http://www.motortrend.com/roadtests/suvs/1009_2012_range_rover_evoque/index.html
