If all 76 gas stations had the big orange ball I would be drawn there as a moth to a flame. My father hated to stop for ANY reason when we were on a road trip. Including food and bathroom stops. We could only get food or go to the bathroom if the car had been stopped to gas up. My dad was very fond of 76 truck stops. To me the Blessed Orange Ball means hot food, candy (and perhaps a small toy if your finko big sister had not goaded you into getting into trouble) and the sweet release of a long needed bathroom trip.
